What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following cards : Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit. We also accept Stripe payments. Other modes of payments include Cheques, or Bank Transfers. (It may take up to 15 working days to allow for goods to be dispatched for orders being paid for by Cheques, Postal Orders or Bank Transfers).

Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?
No we do not offer a Cash On Delivery service. All goods have to be paid for before being dispatched.

How secure is clothes lines ireland ?
We use strip payments to process online payments they are our Credit/Debit Card payments processing company also. they are accredited by our bank and are authorized to process payments

How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE for all orders 

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 32 counties in Ireland.

How do you deliver the products?
We deliver the products through our couriers Couriers

and our own vans at busy times 

When can I expect my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders in 10 working days But please allow up to 15 working days for all orders to be dispatched.



What do I do when Courier delivery person arrives?
We advise you to check goods for any damage or any missing items before signing as when you are signing for goods you are consenting the goods arrived to you in perfect condition.

What can delay my order being delivered with the Couriers?
The number one cause of long / undeliverable deliveries is wrong phone numbers. the Couriers will ring your number if they cannot locate your address. If you do not answer the phone or are not available to answer, the package is "returned to sender" i.e. it is returned to Clothes Lines Ireland They will usually try 3 to 4 times to delivery the package. NOTE: We have decided to introduce a re-handling / re-shipping fee of €7.95 (per carriage) for any orders that are returned back to us from the Couriers where they were unable to contact customer.

Can I phone my order?
Yes, orders are accepted over the phone by calling 058 27979

What if I’m having trouble ordering online?
Simply ring us on 058 27979 and we will endeavor to help you along with your order. Even if you have started an order online, we can complete the order over the phone by taking payment, etc.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. 

Can I order from the website and collect from a shop?
Unfortunately, no, all our products are delivered from our warehouse directly to you the customer.
